"What's your name" this is, uh, not how it goes usually.
"She broke the Three Oaths?" "Every single one." ...the second oath is against making weapons and we haven't seen Liandrin do that. Is this different in the TV verse?
Lanfear kinkshaming Liandrin, love to see it.
Minor book spoilers, but: "Aludran" is a weird name choice considering that there's a female Aludra in the books. If they cut her plotline I'd be bummed but not too surprised. I'd be very surprised if they gave that plotline to Liandrin's elderly son. Feels like they could have tried a little harder to avoid book-adjacent names, but I guess in a series this big after a while you run out of anything vaguely fantasy-adjacent.
"You cannot take them back, it's impossible." ...is it?
Ooh bonsai. I wonder if that's more of a Seanchan thing or an Ogier thing. Or both.
"What of Egwene al'Vere" how does Loial know about this? I understand what people have said about "because of the new prestige TV format stuff there are only a few episodes per season and we skip lots, a lot has to be left to offscreen," but, like. This is a plot hole.
The Egwene and Renna scenes are supposed to be horrific, and they are horrific, so good job there. But something about the lighting or...IDK, something...makes it seem like they're more animated or video-gamey than realistic. Uncanny valley. Is this just me?
Lanfear calls Ishamael "Ishy," I cannot with all the fanon stuff.
Egwene :handshake: Mat
if I'm going to be trapped in jail can I at least have a friendly neighbor to talk with? please? hello? hello.
"I've spoken with a ship's captain I trust" Bayle Domon is that you?
"What was so important that you couldn't come home?" I know Anvaere is older in this version but I hope she lives long enough to see the end of the Age and be like..."oh, maybe this was it."
If Logain goes crazy enough can he play stones against himself?
Rand goes from "maybe you'll burn out" "yes yes" to nausea in a few seconds, classic.
And then he just walks into Mat playing dice, this is ficcy as anything :D
Okay to be fair this is basically how being ta'veren works, you just randomly walk into a new city and your bro is there.
"Last year, when I thought I'd defeated the Dark One--" "Yeah, sorry, that takes a minute to get used to" So Mat's just totally accepted Rand being a channeler and everything? Again, the fast-forwarding is a little annoying.
"Who pissed in your drink and charged you twice?" what a saying.
"If you love him, stay away" I can't believe Min ships it
Fourteen Aes Sedai? Two from each Ajah? Usually thirteen is the powerful number.
Haha and Liandrin's one of them because she's still in good standing as an Aes Sedai, oooops.
I feel like it's going to be slightly awkward in the public eye to be like "yeah Moiraine is super exiled, don't have her anywhere near Tar Valon, also as long as I'm in Cairhien we should...hang out..."
Aww Mat trying to be all noble and let Rand leave without him :(
And then Lan just walks in. Followed by Alanna oh no.
"and I was a sitter of the Blue Ajah" oh no, Maigan. this tells us things about Egwene but D:
