I find it funny how Cassie is generally the most likely to commit the fallacy of assigning intentionality to nature, when she is presumably the most knowledgeable about biology. But then, that's her mindset. She looks for agency, which is a great trait when she applies it to the Yeerks, but not really applicable to nature.
