Dear Author,

Thank you for writing for me! I'm also primeideal on Ao3, and I'm requesting fic for all fandoms.

I think some of these prompts speak for themselves, so I haven't elaborated on all of them. Please feel free to use as much or as little as is helpful, or mix and match prompts for different fandoms or characters than suggested.

Character(s) writing fanfiction about themselves - likewise! The impostor imagines themselves in typical human situations to blend in? The crewmates imagine heroically saving the day when in reality they're accusing innocent colleagues?

Crack Crossover - this is a great setting to place pretty much any fandom I've written or requested.

Epistolary - any kind of in-universe documents. What do the people back on Earth think of these space missions? What do the official "mission logs" look like?

Social media savvy character & technophobe character - updating the Skeld's social media profiles from the vents? Trying to help someone who keeps "accidentally" setting off the reactor?

Alternate Universe - Among Us (Video Game) Setting - Who's secretly a Yeerk? Who's secretly a bandit in morph? Why is Cassie so preternaturally good at the card swipe task?

Dimension travel to a significantly diverged timeline - there are a bunch of canonical alternate universes (Megamorphs 4 where they never became Animorphs, the dystopia of Megamorphs 3, whatever the heck was going on with book 41) that it would be cool to see different characters in

Group tries to secretly determine if character is possessed - so Temrash made it kind of easy by flinching at Ax in book 6, what if the next Yeerk is smarter? What if someone's not infested, but everyone thinks they are?

I trust you to remove me from the equation if I become a danger to others - Jake and Rachel have this dynamic in #26 and it's great, more along these lines!

Loyalty - Betraying Leader or Subordinate to Save Them - Maybe Ax is caught between his loyalty to Jake and the mission as a whole? Elfangor with Alloran and Arbron? Cassie and Aftran work things out differently?

Sharing a Body - Aftran's experiences with Cassie in books 19 or 29? What if they'd stayed together longer? What does Karen think about the situation, in the moment and when she's more mature?

Time Travel Fix-It - any combination of characters is great. All the time travel!

Back to the Future

Emmett "Doc" Brown & Marty McFly (BttF)

Catching up with an old friend - somehow Doc (maybe with Clara's influence!) decides his desire to reunite with Marty is more important than non-interference. Does Marty build his own time machine to make excursions on his own?

Character(s) extreme dislike of author's choice of historical figure - I feel like Doc would randomly start fights with people from previous centuries he disagrees with. But maybe Marty's opinions about music are just as provocative.

Intelligent Characters Enthusing Over Learning New Things (Especially From Each Other) - this works both ways, maybe Marty teaches Doc something new about cutting-edge 90's (or later) tech?

Intergenerational friendship - d'aww. How do outsiders see them--"oh that's that weird McFly kid going to the crazy professor's house again"?

Solving a Mystery from the Past - maybe Hill Valley, maybe somewhere else

Time travel - trying to change the past but hampered by lack of full knowledge of past - pretty self-explanatory. Meeting different versions of themselves from the alternate timelines?

*Exception to the "no RL politics"--if you want to play up the satirical parallels between the bad future of Biff's 2015 and recent times, that's fine with me, but I'd prefer the emphasis be on humor rather than everything being awful.

These would be great either for Anatoly and his kids or Florence and Gregor (maybe it's one of the versions where she gets to reunite with him after the musical, or maybe after the Berlin Wall comes down he's still around). What did the Sergievsky kids think about growing up with a famous parent? Were there consequences for his defection? What surprises Gregor about adapting to the modern world?

Canon Events From Perspectives Not Given In Canon 

sports/games are a perfectly valid method of communication (and also of expressing love/friendship) 

I'd be interested in these with any character, but especially the Arbiter, who just wants to focus on the chess while everyone else has their love triangles and Cold War stuff going on. Is there anyone who he gets along with because they understand? Does he misunderstand some of the canon events, or know what's going on before the protagonists do?

A and B mourn death of person they both loved - I was thinking of Jesus when I saw this tag, but some of the others commiserating about Judas' death would be neat also.

Aftermath of Resurrection - "yeah Mary Magdalene says she saw Jesus, ummmm, now what???"

Reviving or Keeping Alive the Traditions of Your Persecuted Culture - I'd be interested in Simon Zealotes here. After he realizes that Jesus isn't going to be the warrior messiah who overthrows Rome, how does that affect his Jewish identity? How do the others react?

The Upsetting Realization That Someone You Care About Has A Death Wish - again, I was thinking Jesus but it works just as well for Judas too!

Celebrations of a major feast day or festival - all the Redwall feasts!
Complicated Relationship with a Parental Figure - how has her relationship with Joseph changed? Does she visit him in Southsward? What do people think of her there?
Gratuitous descriptions of hugging - Dandin? Saxtus? Hon Rosie? Mariel is probably prickly about it at first but a deep hugger when she gets down to it.

Post-Canon - What sort of adventures do the character(s) go on after canon? 

Just more further adventures, with Dandin or on her own, exploring the world! I'd be interested in either something that brings closure to her story or just a mundane day in the midst of adventures.

Robots Are Sentient Beings But Not Everyone Treats Them That Way

K-2 and L3 being their snarky selves! Priority struggles between the droid liberation movement and the rebellion as a whole? What do their humans think about the whole situation?
 

Characters are forced to fight side by side in a gladiatorial arena--maybe one of those cage matches that Lando and L3 were at? Some kind of gambling event gone wrong? Or just random evil shenanigans! I'd be interested in happy or tragic results.

exploring the universe - anything goes. Maybe Luke and Chirrut research other Force worshippers, on Jedha or elsewhere? K-2 and L3 get lost in hyperspace?

Hero's Canon-Typical Actions Are Terrifying To An Ordinary Person's Outsider POV - they're all different kinds of heroes in their own right. What does Chirrut think about using the Force to destroy a superweapon, or Luke think about wandering into the midst of a Stormtrooper fight with just a staff? How does L3 react to K-2's reprogramming, or K-2 to L3's methods of creating a diversion?

I could see Asmodean as ace and tired of the other Forsaken's flirting, Galad not sure why everyone else isn't as gallantly chaste as him (feel free to play up the Sir Galahad parallels), Egwene or Jain being more married to their job than anything else.

court intrigue - Moiraine winds up back in Cairhien and hates it? Galad's childhood in Andor? Asmodean manipulating nobility for his own ends?

Headaches & Migraines - Egwene's headaches when "Halima" was screwing with her? Nynaeve trying to Heal Rand when he gets overworked?

in-universe nonfiction text focused on worldbuilding - The Travels of Jain Farstrider? Asmodean's musical compositions? Fourth-age history texts looking back on our heroes?

Tragic Villains - Asmodean gets more of a redemption arc, or tries to to keep serving the Dark One despite being vulnerable to the taint? AU where one of the others becomes more of a villain? (I could see Galad following some twisted logic believing he was doing the right thing. Or maybe Jain was complicit in Graendal's brainwashing?)

Wheel of Time - Adventures in the Aiel Waste and Beyond - Jain visiting Shara? Egwene's travels with Rand? Moiraine and Lan decide to investigate the Maiden prophecies earlier?

Wheel of Time - Post-Last Battle - Nynaeve figures out where Rand is hiding? Moiraine and Lan try to adjust to normal life now that they're not saving the world? Galad adjusts to his new life? (Maybe he's a late-sparking channeler and has to deal with that?) What if different characters had survived?
