John is very genre savvy by this point.
"Half of the galaxy has my memories!" Yeah, he's seen some stuff.
Alex was still in the picture when Farscape got funding. Not sure what the timeline is there.
"One of us has to die" no you don't? Just send the clones back in the alien machine?
Moya's floor is crumbling, how is she gonna recover from this.
The "emotions versus reason" plot feels cliche and boring. And again, it didn't come across as "going in the alien machine = death," it sounded like it meant "getting teleported across the universe for aliens to research you." I feel as if the crew would have realized that and sent the two Crichtons they don't recognize back and leave the aliens to deal with it. Meh.

Wow, that John and Aeryn scene at the beginning escalated quickly.
Rygel talks them into an invitation to the planet so whatever transpires in this complicated three-part episode is his fault, got it.
D'Argo: "Chiana and I have found moments of pleasure, which given my life is a lot." What about your wife, dude.
Zhaan's...mini-chasuble? neckpiece thing is neat, she continues to be very stylish.
This planet is full of Sebaceans but they have to do a lot of genetic testing to find out if they can have kids. How does that work, evolutionarily?
Oh, "healthy" children. Hmm, maybe an inbred planet?
The Peacekeepers and Scarrans are rivals and these planets need neutrality. What does that mean for Scorpius?
Katralla and the councilor are secret lovers.
Moya has eight senses.
John is going to be frozen for eighty cycles, welp.
Sebaceans have a longer lifespan than humans? By how much?
John is still thinking about getting back to Earth. Maybe not thinking clearly.
D'Argo speaks for the audience when he says "yeah, you might not see them again anyway."
John: "hope is important!!!" Good point.
Haha, the prince's girlfriend is also a Peacekeeper special ops. Wheels within wheels!
The Leviathan gods are disappointed in Moya because of Talyn. :(
"It's not you, it's me. I don't like you." (Aeryn to the cute cousin.)
The thing that comes after John is a lot like the hunter-seeker drones from Dune.
And Moya just tries to kill herself because the gods demand it. :(
But the gods are able to let her speak to tell Zhaan that she consents.
We get a "big NO" trope, is this Zhaan in reaction to Moya?
Our culture frowns on acquisition, but I take bribes. - Ro-Na
John and Ro-Na have an exchange reminiscent of the Animorphs' "Don't call me prince/Yes, Prince Jake" running joke.
"It's so hard to conduct a conspiracy without privacy." - Chiana
So John just gets pulled by gravity onto the command carrier in atmosphere? Seems implausible to me.
Pilot would obviously prefer to die with Moya if she's suicidal, I think that's been made clear.
"I'm proud of you." "For getting my ass kicked all over the universe?" "For putting myself in a position where you could get your ass kicked. Fighting, resisting."
Is that the dad escorting the princess? Who is he, I don't think we've seen him yet/know what role he plays.
"Speak now or forever hold your peace" scene at the wedding, no one speaks.
Chiana and John get an "I love you"/"I know" farewell
The statue will be torturous because John isn't a Sebacean? Welp squared. (But I don't think that actually comes up next episode?)

John can talk to D'Argo and Chiana through the headset? Feels cheap.
But now he's decapitated and being tortured, so not great.
Zhaan has a funeral rite for Pilot.
The Maker lets Moya speak for herself, yay.
And the Scarran kills the prince, lots of twists and betrayals.
Jena and John are skinny dipping, is this part of the plan?
Scorpius being interspecies means he has a love-hate relationship with heat.
John shows him mercy.
They made a baby from Crichton's DNA without telling him??? That's extremely messed up.
I was kind of thinking that "okay, he's honorable, good" would be a secret test of character and they were lying about the baby, but apparently it's real??
Okay, so Tyno and the princess get to be together after all. That's good at least.
And she can consent to it through the headset, also good.
But this is still very effed up.
John already saw the baby playing catch in the simulator.
But this is a different kid. Eeeeeesh.
D'Argo: "Yeah, letting Scorpius live will definitely backfire on us in a future episode."
"You handled meself well too." - Chiana to D'Argo
I feel like this is not a good time to contemplate John making a baby, and does Aeryn even want kids?

So yeah, I did not think the "haha being smart makes you evil and emotionless, stupid cavemen are the only ones with a heart" plotline of 2.10 was well handled, but it's also a silly enough standalone that I feel like you could skip it. This trilogy is obviously important for the John/Aeryn buildup stuff, and the twists and turns with the plotting and Scorpius, but the "haha we stole your DNA to make a baby who won't be born for eighty years and by the way you can't stay even if you were willing to put up with being a paralyzed statue for eighty years, tough luck!" feels really really not cool. And Moya's subplot was interesting, but we get so little of it spliced over three episodes--kind of like the stuff with Talyn's birth interspersed with the escape from Gammak base, I wanted that to get its own focus and not be just the C-plot.
