primeidealRygel is a great swimmer! It helps to be amphibious, but I'm not sure we've seen this side of him before.
Scorpius: Let's strike first against the Scarrans. That's...basically the same plan Grayza tried before she was deposed? (Of course in her case it was a suicide mission.)
Callback to Grunchlk from the start of season 3, who isn't dead?
What happened to the guys who "killed" John and Aeryn? Who is helping them now?
Sikozu got new hair.
"Mudville" reference in John's infodumping. :)
Ironically after that whole "transfer the baby to Chiana" episode that went nowhere, baby winds up in Rygel. And again, they take it seriously, but also, irreverently: "I want this miracle of life the frell out of me!"

The Eidolons can take their faces off to sense feelings, which is what John and Aeryn saw at the end of S4. So why didn't they shoot?

As religious worldbuilding, the ancient Eidolons' initiation ceremony is pretty nice. Echoes the Delvians with the blue colors and the chanting.
"It's a geometric pregnancy." "Aww, so the baby's gonna be a mathematician?" No, just speedrun for the purposes of plot contrivances. (Boo, I also wanted a baby mathematician. :p )
What is the Scarrans' objective in destroying the Eidolons? They want John and the wormholes. What is the goal there.
Aeryn doing the "oh I need to remove this gun...and this gun" tropey routine.
"One traitor always recognizes another." Explains the plot-convenient resurrection!
Chiana's superpowers coming in handy again.
"You will never be reunited with your baby." "I bet your mother wished the same thing." Aeryn stays defiant.
Harvey is opposed to self-preservation now? I feel like usually he's always like "I have to keep you alive, because I'm living in your head."
"They are my greater purpose." Awww.
Sebaceans really are time-shifted humans! But the time travel is on the Eidolons' part, not the humans'.
Jothee to the rescue!
Oh no, now the Luxans are going to take them out before they can propose peace.
"The Scarrans will be reasonable." No they won't because Grayza killed the reasonable authority figure."
"They think us brutish, ignorant." "Then what greater victory than to prove them wrong?" Awww. (Also my phone's autocorrect wants "British" for "brutish," hahaha.)
Stark has to absorb the Eidolon's memory, let's hope that whole side quest wasn't completely for nothing. :/
Cliffhanger...but really can't be a worse cliffhanger than John and Aeryn getting turned into crystal fragments, so.

"The high chancellor is dead." Grayza (who just assassinated him in the last episode?) is the "oh no, anyway" meme.

"This is the other side." Because he had the "near-death" experience hitting his nose on the ship?

Princess Bride scene with everyone just lining up and jumping off the cliff so Moya can pick them up.

"Wormholes do not make peace. People make peace."
Ehh I'm going to hope that the Eidolons actually play some part in making the peace treaty more substantial/lasting than it would have been otherwise, because otherwise that's a long sidequest if it wound up being completely meaningless next to Wormholes of Mass Destruction. :/
"Did he suffer?" "Are you kidding? They suffered."
"Are you going to Hyneria?" Is this supposed to be Chiana/Jothee foreshadowing? Don't rush this too fast or make it a replacement goldfish thing. :/ Maybe "he wanted you to have this" is a way of deflecting that.
Harvey is disappearing for real? Too good to be true.
This is where the intro voiceover came from? Is she saying she wants more kids or just that the three of them is good?

Overall--many ups, some downs, but very well plotted and very good! I will probably just browse by all-time kudos/reviews/favorites/etc. for a while, on both sites, but may have more recs from the archives eventually. Otherwise, I look forward to engaging with any "current" fandom, only 20 years late. :p
(Not sure if or when I'll do another TV binge, my main TV fandom during the baseball season is...baseball. But maybe something briefer!)
