Writing resources/web presence?

Possibly jumping the gun here, but: I have a short story that's been accepted for publication in a semipro e-journal. I don't really have a website or anything like that under my real name (various links from when I was in academia, but nothing stable), and I don't want a Twitter/similar presence (too exhausting). Are there good (cheap) sites for "here is where you can read my work"? Is this not something I need to worry about until further down the line, if ever? Are there places to ask these questions on dreamwidth? (I know there's a self-publishing community, but I don't know how much overlap there is with the short story circuit.)
