primeidealHappy 6-10-21! This is a big day in Blade Runner: 2049 lore, so obviously I had to rewatch it.
Luv stole the bones from the LAPD. And then later, Wallace is holding a skull on his lap to taunt Deckard. He's not just doing a Hamlet impression, he waves Rachael's skull in Deckard's face shortly before trying to manipulate him with the "new" replicant Rachael. What a jerk.
